Our mission is to empower individuals and organizations to heal, grow, and walk boldly in their God-given purpose. 
Through our family of services, we nourish minds, bodies, and spirits — from wellness coaching and entertainment to soul food and apparel that speaks life. Every experience we offer is grounded in love, leadership, and legacy. 
We are a family-owned business that takes pride in professionalism, quality service, and genuine care. With over 40 years of combined experience, training, and certifications, we believe in educating, empowering, and uplifting as we serve. 
Most importantly, we place God first in all that we do. 

How We Started

Before uniting, we each followed our own individual callings. When we married, we felt God’s direction to merge our gifts and passions, creating something greater together. 
Thus, ELM St. Enterprises, LLC was born — a name that stands for Eric & LaTisha Morgan, a partnership built on faith, family, and purpose. 
What began as two individual journeys became one powerful movement, dedicated to serving others through healing, inspiration, and joy. 

Meet the Staff

Suenyo “Coach T” LaTisha Morgan
Founder
Chief Wellness Officer

Suenyo LaTisha Morgan, affectionately known as “Tisha” or “Coach T” is a retired public servant, author, caregiver, photographer, wellness coach, wife, and mother whose life reflects faith, service, and purpose. 
With over 30 years of experience in event coordination and more than 20 years behind the camera, Tisha has skillfully managed and captured everything from intimate family portraits and weddings to major city functions. Her professionalism and attention to detail have made her a 
trusted leader in both private and public event management. 
Throughout her public service career, Tisha served with the Portsmouth Police Department, Portsmouth Sheriff’s Office, and Hampton Division of Fire & Rescue, where she honed her skills in organization, communication, and community engagement. 
As the Co-Founder of ELM St. Enterprises, LLC, she continues to inspire through multiple ventures — serving as a Healing and Wellness Coach, wedding coordinator, consultant, educator, and manager for DJ Prophecy. She is also the founder of Healing Thru U, a faith based empowerment initiative dedicated to helping others embrace healing, wholeness, and intentional living. 
A passionate educator and speaker, Coach T draws from her personal experiences to guide others toward spiritual, emotional, and mental growth. She is a two-time published author, sharing her powerful stories of resilience in Still Smiling Through the Storm and The Scars That 
Made Me (2024). 
Deeply rooted in her community, she actively supports organizations such as P.O.W.E.R., NAMI, MADD, VFCA Administrative Professionals, Women in the Fire Service, Truxton Chapter #63 OES-PHA, and the Social Butterflies Foundation. 
Guided by her favorite verse, Philippians 4:13 — “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” — Coach T lives by the belief that “Life Happens… Living is Intentional.”
 

Eric “DJ Prophecy” Morgan –DJ, Artist, Educator, and Culinary Creator

Eric Morgan, professionally known as DJ Prophecy, is a multi-talented entrepreneur and artist with over three decades of experience in music, entertainment, and creative ventures. A certified and world-renowned DJ for more than 30 years, he has hosted hundreds of events — from 
community celebrations and youth events to private parties, tours with musical artists, and city functions — earning a reputation for flawless blends, high energy, and an innate ability to connect with any crowd. 
Beyond the turntables, Eric is a serial entrepreneur, having successfully operated a security business for over six years with a dedicated team. He is also an accomplished graphic designer and visual artist for more than 20 years, a self-taught chef, and a certified weapons specialist 
with over a decade of experience. 
An educator at heart, Eric has mentored and trained young people in DJing, weapons safety, and security, combining his passion for teaching with his professional expertise. He co-founded ELM St. Enterprises, LLC and Healing Thru U, businesses focused on community impact through scholarships, charitable contributions, and youth programs. 
Whether curating the soundtrack to an intimate gathering or energizing a massive celebration, DJ Prophecy brings creativity, professionalism, and passion to every endeavor.

Althea J. White

Senior Associate & Community Engagement Lead 

Althea serves as the Senior Associate of the company, leading all community engagement efforts with dedication and care. She plays a vital role in preparing, organizing, and setting up events, vendor shows, and community initiatives, ensuring every detail runs smoothly. 
A committed volunteer, Althea has contributed her time and energy to the Portsmouth Public Library, Portsmouth Police Department, and Hampton Division of Fire & Rescue, reflecting her deep commitment to service. She is also the company’s prayer warrior, accountability partner, and voice of reason, combining professionalism with heart. Known for her hard work, excellent customer service, and reliability, Althea is a cornerstone of both the team and the community.
